NINETWOFIVE.ONLINE offers vintage and second-hand pieces. Each item is pre-loved and has had a previous life, which may include minor signs of wear consistent with age and use and charm.

Due to the exclusive nature and limited availability of our merchandise, all sales are final. We are unable to offer exchanges, including for sizing.

Returns are accepted if an item is faulty or significantly not as described. We kindly ask that you carefully review all product descriptions, measurements, and images before purchasing.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you believe your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@ninetwofive.online so we can assess the issue and work toward a resolution.

If a return is approved, items must be sent back under the buyer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods.

Please note that NINETWOFIVE.ONLINE is not responsible for return shipping costs.
