Washed Slouchy Calf-Leather Shoulder Bag in Chocolate

Handmade in Italy implementing traditional Artisan techniques.

The bag is object-dyed and physically washed after construction to create its irregular, exceptionally soft and slouchy appearance. Finished with hand-applied waxes, distressed brass-toned hardware and an over-dyed cotton lining. The interior features a spacious main compartment with a rear zip-closure pocket and two front interior slip pockets.

The washed leather has a naturally irregular surface, with variations in colour, texture, creasing and grain created through the dyeing, washing and waxing process. The finish is designed to continue developing a natural patina with age and use.

The bag features a belted top closure with a central turn-lock fastening and elongated leather carry handles. Subtle irregularities are to be considered intentional, enhancing the authenticity and individuality of each bag.

The leather undergoes an intensive dyeing, washing and waxing process to achieve its intentionally aged appearance. Textural variations, creasing and irregularities in the colour and surface are inherent to the treatment and contribute to the bag's worn-in character.
